International Day of Peace

On 21 September, churches and communities throughout the world are committing to the International Day of Peace through prayer, meditation and other forms of spiritual observance.

The Committee of the Network of Ecumenical Women in Scotland (NEWS) has put together an Order of Service for use on International Peace Day (the third Tuesday in September) which this year falls on 21st September.
