Following a strategic review the National Sponsoring Body for Local Ecumenical Partnerships has decided to work in a different way in the future with a much greater emphasis on networking local ecumenical partnerships. Instead of having a full day business meeting the NSB has decided to hold a morning conference session and then its business meeting in the afternoon. The morning session is open to people from LEPs or folk interested in developing partnerships locally and will be held in an LEP.
The first of these will take place on Thursday 29th September at Augustine United Church George IV Bridge, Edinburgh from 10.30am and concluding with lunch at 12.30pm. Augustine is part of ‘The Local Church’ LEP. The theme for the morning is ‘Developing Local Partnerships’ and a programme is attached. We hope that this will be an opportunity to share experience and insights and that one of the things which may emerge from the morning is a ‘top tips’ resource sheet which can then be made more widely available.
There is no charge for the morning but please register with Lindsey Sanderson so that catering arrangements may be finalised.
