This year's resources for Advent have been prepared by Revd. Lindsey Sanderson, formerly Assistant General Secretary of ACTS and now a parish minister serving two congregations in East Kilbride. Under the general title of 'TOGETHER TOWARDS LIFE' Lindsey has prepared four short reflections on themes from meeting in Manila of the World Council of Churches' Commission on World Mission and Evangelism which Lindsey attended in March.

Lindsey's reflections follow a pattern for each week of Advent. They invite you to read, reflect, act and pray as we journey through Advent, waiting to welcome the Christ Child, 'the way the truth and the life' into our midst once again.
