Revd Jim Jones

Photo: Jim JonesJim Jones became Convener of the Scottish Churches Forum in March 2006.

He is the Chair of the Scotland District Synod and of the Methodist Church in Scotland, whose District covers 50 churches grouped into eight geographic circuits.

Methodism in Scotland is not numerically large but it draws on resources and support by being part of the British Methodist Conference which includes England and Wales.

Jim, a Lancastrian, is married to Christine, a minister in the Glasgow circuit. They live in her manse in Kilsyth.
