Competition: rename our News-sheet

The style of the ACTS News-sheet was recently re-designed to accommodate changes in postal pricing which come into effect in August this year. Although the change has been fairly well received it makes the current name ‘News-sheet’ a little less descriptive.

We have decided to change the name to fit the new style and are inviting the public to enter a competition to help us come to a decision. The entry form can be downloaded here (pdf, 45kb). The prize is a copy of 1000 Churches to Visit in Scotland, the indispensable guide to more than 1000 abbeys, cathedrals, churches and other places of worship of all denominations open to visitors.

We are offering a number of options - 'Together', ' News Now', ' The Ecumenical Eye' and 'Heart'. In addition there is an opportunity for you to suggest another name entirely. When we have discovered which option is the most popular, we will randomly select the winner from those who chose this name.  

Should there be few choosing the given choices or if the selection is fairly even across the board then a list will be selected from the individual choices and a random choice made thereafter.
