ACTS is holding a training day for those who plan to serve as facilitators of Study Groups during Lent 2008.

The skills training sessions in the morning are not linked to any particular course of studies but, during the afternoon, there will be an opportunity to hear about the purpose and scope of the “Pathways to Prayer” material which has been prepared by Churches Together in Britain and Ireland in collaboration with BBC Radio 4. This will be followed by a session in which a “chapter” from the “Pathways” material will be used to allow time to practise the skills discussed during the morning sessions.

The afternoon session will be introduced by Rev. Peter Colwell, CTBI, who wrote the Study Material which is now available for free download from the CTBI web site.
