Declarations of Ecumenical Welcome

In
a number of communities throughout Scotland there will only be one
place of worship.
Local congregations which find themselves in this situation may wish to adopt a Declaration of Ecumenical Welcome which sets out ways in which they will welcome Christians of another church tradition and include them wheverever possible in the worship, pastoral and decision making lives of their congregation.
The wording of each Declaration of Ecumenical Welcome varies according to denomination and there is also a noticeboard text for display.
The Declarations are available to download below as Microsoft Word documents or can be obtained in hard copy from the ACTS office or your denominational Ecumenical Officer or their equivalent.
